Spring Has Sprung

Spring has arrived at Willow Lakes so I want to give everybody an update. Phase 1 should have curb and gutter along Willow Lakes Drive in a few weeks and the infrastructure in Phase 2 is being built up higher every day. Also, the Surf Lake is being excavated and shaped behind the Clubhouse and the lake is moving eastward from there. There is another crew working on river restoration so we're getting that done as well. It's a very exciting time to be at Willow Lakes!

From Clubhouse Looking South Across Lake

(Notice how small the rock truck looks in the left of the picture. The water trenches in the bottom are part of the dewatering plan to keep the lake bed dry during construction)

From Clubhouse Looking West Across Lake

(The excavators and pickups in the picture are on Willow Lakes Drive. The Lake is BIG)

Behind Clubhouse Looking Southeast

(This is the area of major excavation right now. The dewatering pumps are visible on the right edge of the image.)

West End of Surf Lake Looking East Down Lake

(The lake shape is visible on the left edge of the image and the temporary ramp is at about Lot 72. The equipment is behind the future Clubhouse and expanding the lake dig)

Let me know if you'd like a private tour and we can set up a time to meet there and I'll show you around. Also, remember the Winter Pricing ends in 12 days so if you want to lock in discounts up to $80,000 off the listing price, please call me ASAP. You can delay closing for Phase 1 for a month or two and delay closing on Phase 2 until later this summer. I have a few lake lots left in Phase 1 and 2 that will be ready for home construction this year and a good supply of lots on the Logan River and Little Logan River as well, so we can meet whatever type of home you're looking for.
