Clubhouse Proposed Plans
We've got some exciting updates regarding the proposed plans for the Clubhouse area at Willow Lakes. We previously disclosed the addition of The Unit Surf Pool and we are now ready to unveil our proposal for the rest of the Clubhouse & Beach area. A few key highlights:

We're working through the final details, but hope to be able to start construction on this new phase in 2025.
Lot sales are really picking up with the warmer weather and we now have only two Phase 1 Lake Lots and just a handful of Phase 1 River Lots remaining. Also, we have officially started closing on Phase 2 lots. (Hint: The River Lots in Phase 2 are absolutely gorgeous with uninterrupted views of the Wellsville Mountains and the Logan River directly in your backyard.)
