    We’re home to Utah State University… go Aggies! Enjoy local hometown sports with Division 1 football and basketball games. USU is also home to Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art and several performance halls and theaters.

    In a 2021 article posted on WorldAtlas.com, they cite Logan, Utah as one of “The 10 Best Resort Towns In America”. In good company, you’ll find Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen, Palm Springs, and Key West on the list as well.

Local Attractions

  • Logan Canyon

    Home to countless trails for hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, rock climbing, snowmobiling, fishing, ATVs, or just about anything else you could want to do outdoors. Logan Canyon is located just east of Utah State University.

  • Snow Skiing

    Our local Beaver Mountain and Cherry Peak Ski Resorts are located within 45 minutes of your front door. Willow Lakes is also centrally located within a 2 hour drive of over a dozen world class ski resorts.

  • American West Heritage Center

    Just 5 minutes from Willow Lakes is the American West Heritage Center featuring 160 acres celebrating pioneers, Native Americans, mountain men, and a Visitors Center. Every spring features Baby Animals Days, and autumn brings the Fall Harvest Festival.

  • Golf

    Cache Valley features three 18-hole golf courses: Logan Golf & Country Club, Birch Creek Golf Course, and Logan River Golf Course. Willow Lakes is less than one mile from the Logan River Golf Course clubhouse and is accessible by foot via our great trail system.

  • Shopping

    Cache Valley is host to several unique shopping experiences. Enjoy the quaint downtown area by walking along the Main and Center streets. You can also find custom manufacturers of everything from candies and honey to cheese, jewelry, and socks.

  • Theater and Arts

    Cache Valley is home to 12 beautiful theater venues and is also the host of Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theatre, which features a summer festival spanning 5 weeks with over 100 events.

Cache Valley Weather

Our boat season at Willow Lakes will run from April through October. Our lakes are fed with ground water that comes in at approximately 55°F year-round, making for a much warmer starting temperature than lakes fed by snow runoff or river water.
