Spring 2026 Update
Spring Update from Grey Wilson at Dwell Realty Group, Sales Broker for Willow Lakes
I want to update everyone on Willow Lakes and where things stand right now and what to expect in the next few weeks. Plus, we're officially unveiling the Final Phase of building lots!

Infrastructure & Paving
We're almost done with all the utilities around Willow Lakes Drive, Slalom Circle, Willow Lakes Circle, and along 1100 South. Curb and gutter is being installed almost daily and sidewalks will be completed throughout the community in the next few weeks. Once we complete that and the asphalt plants open, we'll pave all the roads starting from 1000 West and throughout Willow Lakes. This is a major milestone as it will allow us to significantly clean up the community and make it look great.
Entrance & Access
The main entrance, complete with a custom Willow Lakes sign, will be finished soon. We already have the deceleration lane on 1000 West and have leveled much of the adjacent area. The east turn island in Slalom Lake is built and awaiting landscaping. This will really help Willow Lakes shine as an exclusive community with a welcoming entrance. There is also secondary access via 1360 West. In the future, we will complete a straighter access road connecting Willow Lakes to 600 South (Mendon Rd) via 1400 West.
Beach & Sand
The vast majority of the sand has been delivered and placed along Wake Lake, including the Beach Area, as well as much of Slalom Lake, including the Paddle Area. All residents and owners are welcome to enjoy the Beach and Paddle areas this year as the weather warms and summer approaches. As always, please respect other owners' lots and property.

Lot Landscaping
There is no obligation to build a home at Willow Lakes. If you want access to Willow Lakes but aren't ready for a home, or if you just prefer a private beach getaway with all our amenities, you can purchase a lot and landscape it for your private use. This can be a really fun vacation spot for friends and family, offering beaches, boats, swimming pools, and trails.

Boat Usage
While we don't yet have Club Boats—those will be provided as homes and the Clubhouse get built—Willow Lakes owners are welcome to use the lakes with their private boats. We don't have a formal sign-up sheet, so please be cognizant of other owners and share the water. The ramps are complete, and we will provide temporary docks for the time being. It is our first summer of full boating at Willow Lakes and we are all excited to have this beautiful private community to enjoy together.
Slalom Course
The Slalom Course isn't installed yet, but we are scheduled with the company that will install it and should have it by early summer. The plan involves a retractable course and we will have more information once it is installed.

Clubhouse
The design phase for the Clubhouse is progressing well. It should include a Boat House with a Viewing Deck on the roof, plus a 30,000+ sq/ft Clubhouse featuring a full gym, spa, massage rooms, sauna, golf simulator, red light therapy, hot/cold therapy, swimming pool, hot tub, grill area, Surf Simulator, etc... The goal is to start construction later this year as we've already received the necessary rezoning and city approvals.

Trail System
We reached an agreement with Logan City regarding the trail construction that will ultimately connect at about Lot 112 and again at about Lot 93. This should be a fantastic, well-built trail that crosses a new bridge to Trapper Park and connects to Logan City's Trail System (map here).
River Restoration and Planting
The Logan River Restoration Project continues along the south and west boundaries of Willow Lakes and is a great asset to the community. Willow Lakes is a financial supporter of this project and is proud to have assisted by planting 65,000 plants and trees along the Logan River and Little Logan River corridors over the past year. We will receive another 30,000 plants and trees in a few weeks, which we will plant this spring to finish all plantings by June.
Short-Term Rental Lots
I still get calls about short-term rental possibilities at Willow Lakes so I wanted to remind everybody that only five lots are eligible for nightly rentals. These lots are located along the Beach Area near the Clubhouse. One of those is currently under contract, but the other four are available for reservation if you're interested in the income possibilities of Willow Lakes or just want to offset the cost of the family's vacation home. A great thing about these lots is that we received a special zoning designation from Logan City, which codifies these five lots as Short-Term Rentals so we avoid some of the risks associated with nightly rentals in other communities. The final plat is under review, and we should be able to close on those lots in about a month, but we will reserve one for you today if you wish.
Fractional Ownership
Several of our owners have expressed interest in owning their Willow Lakes lot under a "Fractional Ownership" model. The CCRs (here) allow for fractional ownerships of up to a 1/4 share. If sharing a lot or home with some friends or family better meets your needs, please be aware that this is an option.
Final Phase Building Lots Released
We have just released the Final Phase of building lots at Willow Lakes! Lots 127 through 137 are along the Slalom Lake and feature south-facing beaches. They are priced very aggressively so reserve one ASAP if you're interested.
Use Your Own Boat
Please remember that the owners of lots 7-15 are eligible to build a private Boat House on their lot and use their own ski boat if they wish. We will still provide a Club Boat, but we know some skiers prefer to use their own boat so we offered that option on a very limited basis.
FINAL SPRINT PRICING!
As always, we save the best for last. We have sold over 60 lots and now have limited supply, especially along the Paddle Area of Slalom Lake and the remaining lots along Wake Lake. We have decided to offer "Final Sprint Pricing" for only the next 10 lots to sell this spring. This discount reaches 35% Off on some lots.
If you'd like to reserve a lot, we make it very simple with only a $5,000 deposit, which is fully refundable for 30 days. Please call me directly at 435-757-1107 to discuss availability and pricing or to reserve a lot. You can always see an updated list with pricing here as well.
Please let me know what questions you have and how I can help you.
