Community boats & drivers

  • We provide the boats. Reserve your private slots, and the boat will pick you up at the beach or in your own backyard. When your turn is done, be dropped off at home or back at the clubhouse for a warm dip in the hot tub.

  • Our drivers are professionally trained to provide the ultimate water ski, tubing, surfing, or wakeboarding experience. They are all trained lifeguards too, so you can feel safe knowing your family is in good hands.

  • With only two boats at a time on the Wake Lake, and just one boat on the Slalom Lake, there is plenty of room to spread out and find great water. Turns are reserved in advance so you know exactly when you'll be on the water.

  • With no need to worry about trailering your boat, cleaning up, or storage, you can simply enjoy the resort-style atmosphere of the clubhouse or the quiet serenity of a walk around the beach or river. We've done the hard part, all you need to do is relax and enjoy.

Private lakes & beaches

  • The Wake Lake is the focal point of the Willow Lakes Community featuring dozens of beach front lots and professionally designed to maximize your skiing, tubing, surfing and wakeboarding experience. The Wake Lake is over a half mile long and nearly three football fields across. It also features a wakeless swim area and sandy beaches for quiet evening walks.

  • The Slalom Lake is built especially for water ski enthusiasts. Walk right out your back door and onto the boat to enjoy the offset turns and 2000' linear feet for your runs. The depth and angles are designed to offer the premier slalom skiing experience. Step off the boat after your turn and relax by taking a bridge to the center viewing platform with a jacuzzi and gazebo.

  • Each lake includes a soft sand beach along the perimeter for jogging/walking and each also includes a buoyed swim/paddle area. Additionally, there is a common beach area on the Wake Lake. There are approximately 2 linear miles of sandy beaches.

Logan River fishing & trails

  • Willow Lakes is built along the scenic Logan River, featuring ~2.5 miles of riverfront lots with all the serenity you could imagine.

  • Working with state and local agencies, we’re preserving the area along the river as part of a Conservation Easement to protect this beautiful oasis.

  • The Logan River is known for its trout fishing, which can be found right out your back door.

  • The project connects many miles of riverside biking/walking trails, city parks, and other river sports including fishing, kayaking, tubing, and SUP. There is a dedicated ~2-mile “river float” within the Willow Lakes boundary.
